Coverage effect on hardening of arrow cane (Gynerium sagitatum Aubl.) micropropagated plants

To evaluate the effect of plastic film coverage on ex vitro acclimatization arrow cane (Gynerium sagitatum Aubl.), shoots “Criolla”, Martinera” and “Costera” cultivars were in micropropagated a medium supplied with 6-Benzylaminopurine half them rooted 1-Naphtalene acetic acid. Each treatment (36 clusters) repeated three times for total 1296 experimental units. After 40 house, survival rate calculated, plant heigth, number roots data analyzed by ANOVA (P<0.05) means separated Tukey test (P<0.05). Plant complete (100%) regardless genotype, rooting, or condition. Transferring uncovered statistically resulted higher levels height, shoots, roots. Ex adaptation plants without covers increased growth reduced labor.
